Its unfortunate we can't post images here like at G-deck. I have a gif diagram that shows basically a plan to establish 300 personnel on the Moon, and then move 10 million tonnes of Lunar material to a colony at Lagrangian Point L5.
fyi: principal purpose for that is to use it as shield material for the 'station/colony'. Main problematic issue is "cosmic rays", and the Lunar material is very good for protective cover.
Following stage would be the transfer of 10,000 humans with animals,plants and machinery.
Papers I have read have identified the importance of quickly moving to a colony based presence in space.
Not only for protective 'continuity of our species', but that it is astoundingly expensive to be up there just on funding and science initiatives alone.
Economic sustainability comes from an actual 'community' and income earning means.
The key I have seen repeated over and over is Mining, of metals, water etc. The best source is in fact not the planets, but the local asteroids, which can be 'parked' there for processing.
From a self sustainable position, a Lagrange point colony(L4/L5) is considered the choice gateway for all other missions outward.
Thats my thought on your question.

What does it take to reach the 33rd degree? The ability to pass tests set before the applicant? Who you know? Or something else? Just wondering because I don't see how GW Bush got to that level on his own based say on passing tests set before him.

I'll never forget the day I discovered that the Grand Lodge in New Orleans was situated at 333 ST. Charles Ave. I mean, where else (?!) of course. T'was no surprise to you, but it finally made a believer out of me.
Since then, I am mightly aware of the presence of the 11's and 3's-'tis holy thing indeed.

Although there are certainly injustices and derring-do, as in any profession, this is only half the story

This is partly run by Phil Plait..."The Bad Astronomer", who is somewhat notorious among alternative
"anomalist" circles. He is the guy who refused to debate Hoagland on C2C because he said that "he could
not debate a scientific subject with someone who uses emotional arguments". Interesting. (I paraphrase).
Anyway read these threads....fascinating! And I think you might agree that a lot of "anti-science" folk
spout A LOT of misunderstandings about the way Science works. If someone knew little about Cars...would they
criticise mechanics with inaccurate information? When it comes to Science...EVERYONE seems to have an
opinion and a "better" way of doing it.

My current understanding is that Evolutionary Theory, Big Bang Theory, etc, stay as they are EVEN when huge
flaws have been exposed in them, until there are VERY good reasons, agreed on by thounsands of scientists,
to change the theory. When I Scientists says "NO!" to some young upstart who thinks he can come along and
change everything (LOL!)...the insults often start flying and people get upset, and the debate is lost.
Quantum Physics WAS eventually accepted though...and is STILL in the process of changing a lot. But things
like Classical Physics theory STILL stand...why? Because THAT is what keeps are planes flying, computers
running...and so on...UNTIL it is SAFE to change that theory!

You can go to Photobucket.com, create a free account, then download images and stuff there, which will give you a URL, several in fact, to use to post to a blog or website. It's what I use for FSHOD and other purpopses.
For larger files, like the music file I embedded ins a blog several blogs back, I used Fileden.com.

Some big dots connected for me this week, yes some "woowoo" (DJB) intuitive and part smoking gun.
So perhaps a little jumbled still, to attempt to offer a quality Blog post, but with JAS's new one here maybe I have a little time to compose.
hint: I'll also send you a 'simulation' of a certain meteor possibly impacting in the Gulf of Mexico and the animation of the dispersal as the tsunami hits its highest rise. at 55m(180' approx).
Guess where the peaks were? Uh Huh, right near New Orleans....and so the plot thickens. (cue the ominous music)
The example asteroid is 2004MN4 also called Apophis. It has a close shave with us in 2029, but the date they are referring to most is 2036.
(this could well be a moot point if SWORD is right about a much sooner date of turbulence.)
What was interesting is that when I mentioned in passing to a friend, who knew nothing about asteroids, he was a little startled and made reference to a 'god' character in the TV show Stargate(SG1?) who apparently hates earth and wants to destroy it, by the name of Apophis. I don't know the show very well, but I do know that names for asteroids are chosen rather specifically and not frivilously or personally.
More to tell ya later, like about Spacenet(the solar system wide internet), brought to you by the same guys that originally did the one down here. Perhaps already nearing completion.

Scarletm, in reference to the lack of enthusiasm for the going back to the moon plan, that lack of enthusiasm was also noted on NPR as I was driving to the laundromat after the day job. Both the heads of the Moon Society and the Mars Society were interviewed and they both seemed to regard the plan has half-assed and done too much on the cheap and take too long to do it.
Both societies are running simulations of colonising both the Moon and Mars and think NASA is going about it the hard way. The Moon Society director was questioning particularly the location of the intended base as not being central enough. Given all that we have read and posted here, it does make one wonder what is going on there. But it would be absolutely no surprise for Shoddies to figure that the location serves other purposes than advancing exploration and science.
According to the people being interviewed, if Nixon hadn't cut the Apollo funding, we would have had a permanent base on the Moon by 1975. For some reason, I seem to remember that growing up. We have much more advanced technology than we did in the 1960's yet it's going to take longer to do this than the original Apollo missions? It's too bad the whole contractor process is so corrupt and mismanaged that it overpowers the old 1960's "can-do" spirit I used to believe NASA had back then.
I'd have to track it down, but I recall that Buzz Aldrin had a much better plan for going back to the Moon than NASA did. I originally read it somewhere and then he talks about it on C2C in one of the lamest interviews Noory ever conducts in my recent memory. I could be wrong and probably am, but it seemed like it was along the lines of what Iontruo2 has been talking about recently.

Here's my take:
Either a) something is up to have put a fire under these collective asses-al la heeding Hawkings warning
or
b) NASA knows its days are numbered due to the scrapping of the Shuttles and the probable lack of funding after The Shrubs War to pay off-and I wonder if its not just a way to pad the budget as well.
None of it sounds too hopeful and I guess if we all survive 2012 and whatever is in store for us regarding that,then I might once again feel like it could happen. But to think I will be 50 when it happens!!!!
So much life to happen between now and then.

Someome asked about how one got to 33* in Freemasonry.
First, ya gotta get in the door. This involves letting a Mason know that you 'seek the light'. This person, if so moved, then presents you to the local Grande PooBah as being a person of sound mind and character. Once this is determined as being true, you are allowed into the fold.
Not sure about the 33rd, but to get to 32* is a matter of going thru the differenet levels (e.g. Apprentice, Master, etc) but the instructions and passing the tests via the rituals, whereby you must give the correct responses at the right times. Being allowed into the fold, it is you goal to quickly become an Apprentice.
Going up thru the ranks can occur rather quickly, in some cases, or at one's own speed. Not being a Mason, not sure how strong the 'pressure' is to advance. But advance you will, and there is some giving of money involved (i.e. 'dues')
There are a lot of things I just don't know, but since Dad and Grandpa were both 32* Blue Lodge Scottish Rite Masons, I know only a little.
Somewhere it seems that the jump from 32nd to 33rd, is the most especial, and not sure it is opened to all Masons. Not Sure.

SunKing, yes, the 33�� in Masonary is a very special time. I know of my fammily members being 3rd degree UK Mason's and friends here, being 32nd degree Masons.
My dad used to work at Shell-Max and BP (OIL company) before leaving that and becoming a fire-officer. All my life growing up in the cross and crown templars religion, my father would point out the various secret fraternities in the brigade (the masons) and confide in me (I was young but old enough ta understand), the corruption that was occuring.
It's only now later in life, I've put two and two (or 3) together to comprehend that my father came from the Scottish Royal Arch Mason's (Scottish Dixon family line) and would not become a Mason with the UK's fire-brigade as he already was. He hid it from me well, I only recognised a symbol on his uniform that matched the emblems above and managed to link the dots after all these years.
All the way through, I had believed free-masonary to be the enemy, but of course, righteous and un-righteous people exist throughout any sect/fraternity or religion. It's up to us each to find the path for ourselves, no man can ever give another man a free-mind, we have to find it ourselves, but it does help a lot, if some-one has already set a course that shows the way...
The 33�� cannot be confired by man (apparently) it's a personal and special time, maybe takes years, an entire life-time, or just a few days if the universe believes in the student too... But there is definately a reality to the 33�� that sticks and lasts.

Does water still flow on Mars? These dramatic new photos seem to indicate yes
Dramatic new photographs of Mars have revealed the possible existence of water on its surface.
The images - released for the first time on Wednesday by the US space agency NASA - were taken earlier this year in an attempt to unlock the secrets of the Red Planet.
Experts have long believed water was to be found on Mars, which is subject to extreme weather conditions. This latest discovery may provide vital proof there was life on Mars and that it is possible for man to land on its arid and rocky surface.
NASA researchers have documented the formation of new craters on the plant's surface and found bright, light-coloured deposits in gullies that were not present in previous photos.
They concluded the deposits - possibly mud, salt or frost - were left there when water recently cascaded through the channels.
In another photo a number of gullies on a crater wall can be clearly seen. The scientists believe that they may have been formed in relatively recent Martian history by erosion caused by flowing, liquid water.
The pictures were captured in October by the unmanned spacecraft the Mars Global Surveyor, which carries the Mars Orbiter Camera (MOC), and circumnavigates Mars, the fourth planet from the Sun in the solar system.
Earlier this week the MOC took pictures of the NASA exploration vehicle rover Spirit on the planet's surface.
Only last month British cosmologist Professor Stephen Hawking advocated missions to other planets.
He predicted that the human race will need to venture far beyond the Earth to ensure its survival, saying: "There isn't anywhere like Earth in the solar system so we would have to go to another star."
He added that there could be a permanent base on the Moon in 20 years and a colony on Mars within the next 40.
And his predictions may yet come true. NASA announced yesterday that it was resuming missions to the Moon for the first time in more than 30 years and was planning a permanently occupied base on our satellite's south pole by 2020.
The plans herald a new age of exploration and will provide a valuable test-bed for the technologies needed for future travel to Mars.

You all know me...with my gripes about the "mental health system"..endlessly getting pissed
off and thinking I'm being misunderstood.
It was to my surprise then, while writing my latest blog that I looked up the definition of Nemesis
to find a whole millennia old system of understanding NON OTHER than the "mental health system"!
Yes..the definition of Nemesis includes the concept of HUBRIS (see link) that in it's
original GREEK form has the nature of SHAMING the victim of a crime as the true heinous
nature of the transgression.
This is EXACTLY what happens in said mental health system. A victim is created and then these "professionals"
AND anyone else who cares to "jump on board" can further shame the name and history of the "victim"!
The situations that develop in this system resemble very closely the "Greek Tragedies"!
Now, in our modern west...the "tragedy" has become to mean any MEANINGLESS unfortunate situation.
BUT read the original definition and, the POINT they're making is that "tragedy" is SO often a result
of this very same "Hubris"...
"Tragedy" is so often "Nemesis in action"...against those who have "exaggerated self pride or self-confidence,
often resulting in fatal retribution".

This is most interesting Ion. Candaian's for the most part have been lulled into a sense of complacency and head in the sand mentality mainly because they think they are "safe" from terroisim. What they forget is that one of the most populated cities, Vancouver, is extremely vulnerable to tsunamis all the while being surrounded by some of the most powerful volcanoes in the Northern hemisphere. (Mt Baker/St Helens/Ranier)
It makes me wonder if perhaps they are finally coming to the reaization that they aren't immune to catastorphe and having said "There for the Grace of God go I" are begining to (finally) prepare for what some of us here know all too well-DISASTER HAPPENS.

This all comes back to our previous conversations about one's ultra light camping kit(survival stuff). Sunking and others from the south had some good input, from their personal experience in the kind of crisis they have had to deal with down there. Hurricanes and the regularly scheduled Tornados are a powerful teacher.

Something I've thought of quite a bit the last years...as I mentioned yesterday, My Dad was a 32* Scottish Rite Blue Lodge Mason. Being Mormons, My Dad was also a High Priest in the Melchizedek Priesthood.
Dad passed in 1991, but when I last saw him in 1990, he told me that when he died he did not want to be buried in any Masonic or Mormon 'regalia', which is much the same thing (e.g. the apron, the 'hat', etc). He wanted to be buried in a plain old pair of pajamas from J.C.PENNEY's.

Further to that, my speculation is that, as soon as a civilization is capable of orbit or the ability to get off planet, they must and will because it immediately doubles the specie's chance for continuity. This is critical if the one 'location'(Earth) of Humanity is vulnerable to various upheavals or events that 'could' threaten on a large or possible total scale.
The impact potential, which does seem quite probable in our lifetime now, would definately accelerate the agenda.
Even just enviromental planetary upheaval would be a motivating factor to move more agressively to establish 'colony' elswhere. In various documents I have seen and as well in the telling 3D Imax movie(1996) L5-First City in Space, the numbers must be high enough for species sustainability. I often see the number of 10,000 people applied and in the fictional L5 movie they finish the movie with the announcement of the second orbiting colony established at L5 with an additional 10,000 people.
The value of this thought is that I have seen documents where they are talking about the unsustainability of just science 'outposts' witha handful of people that are only capable of continuing with funding. That premise is very draining and resource hungry.
Community/Colony with economic self sustainability seems to be the realized core requirement.
Re: The more public buzz about the Moon now, is perhaps because that is a more short term achievable target and also 'graspable' by the common public down here. As well, it appears to be the a necessary step with regards to an orbital Colony.
Cosmic Rays are the main dillemma. How to shield?
Moon material is the product I have seen emphasized to be incorperated into a Lagrange point orbital Colony for that purpose. So it starts with mining and becomes economically self sustainable with mining, with the modality shifting to harnessing asteroids for the richer deposits.
My personal speculation is that we are already there and have been for a while. Seeing the development of a solar sytem wide "Spacenet" or basically a broadband internet fully underway, to me, does not seem like an activity being progressed 'in advance' of our larger scale presence out there.
Do to my fairly poor file management I can't offer the best material, but here a few good ones concerning the work on the internet for the solar system. Seems at times hardly prepatory in 'advance' of human presence.

Mars Telecommunications Orbiter: Interplanetary Broadband
Lockheed Martin Space Systems is expected to land a $500 million contract to build the Mars Telecommunication Orbiter, said Roger Gibbs, MTO project manager at JPL in Pasadena, California. The MTO is intended by NASA to pioneer the use of lasers in planet-to-planet communication; the intended launch date will be sometime in 2009. The Mars Telecommunication Orbiter will be the first interplanetary spacecraft whose main mission is to provide communications services to other missions. It will orbit Mars at a higher altitude than most orbiters, about 2,800 miles above the Martian surface. This will provide an enhanced line of site to Earth. The spacecraft will communicate with Earth via two radio bands and a new optical communications terminal, which will demonstrate the use of a near-infrared laser beam for interplanetary communications.

Mars and back in 40 minutes
"The speed of light is far too slow for the internet of the future," says Vinton Cerf, the man often called one of the fathers of the global communications system on which most of the world now depends. He was speaking in Melbourne yesterday to the Committee for Economic Development of Australia, drawing a picture of the huge social and economic impact the internet will have on the world in the next five years and beyond. His problem with the speed of light is related to an interplanetary communications "backbone" due to be implemented in 2009 to speed investigation of the solar system. Scientists will use internet technology to communicate with robots touring Mars, but, Dr Cerf said, there was a problem - even at the speed of light, a message took 20 minutes to get to Earth and 20 more to get back to Mars.

NASA To Test Laser Communications With Mars Spacecraft
Work is underway to establish the first interplanetary laser communication link. The $300 million NASA experiment, if successful, will connect robotic spacecraft at Mars with scientists back on Earth via a beam of light traveling some 300 million kilometers. Cell phone map may aid Mars rovers
Cell phone companies would have a hard time setting up service on Mars. There are no maps of where communications signals will break up and no way to tell how radio waves will travel through the planet's thin atmosphere or how the iron-rich soil might blur them, at least not yet. It's not likely cell phone companies will set up service on the planet anytime soon, but a network could certainly help the National Aeronautics and Space Administration as it sends rovers to explore the remote and often rocky terrain, said Steve Horan, director of the Center for Space Telemetering and Telecommunications Systems at New Mexico State University.

Broadband alive and well on Mars
While many Australians are still waiting for the high-speed internet revolution to reach their doorsteps, NASA's twin Mars exploration rovers are enjoying broadband links on the Red Planet. The rovers, Spirit and Opportunity, have smashed Martian data speed records by sustaining a 256 kbps uplink to a satellite. As they scour the planet for signs of life they upload information to either the Mars Odyssey or Mars Global Surveyor satellites orbiting Mars via UHF antennas.

What we are looking at now is the possibility of using the internet kinds of protocols to support the communications for spacecrafts that are moving around in the solar system.
We have made a considerable amount of progress in the last five years.
The project started around the spring time of 1998 and here it is about six years later.
We have gone through several iterations of the communication protocol design - the details of how you communicate in this strange environment.
What we have managed to do is to get several layers of protocols specified.
All of these kinds of network protocols come in like layers of a layer cake.
We defined the lower two levels: they are already on board the two rovers, Spirit and Opportunity, that are on the surface of Mars today.
The other layers of protocol that we are testing here on planet Earth, we hope to send to outer space in around 2009 with a specialised telecommunications orbiter.
We are not too many years away from having a kind of two-planet internet in operation.

The seven-year Galileo mission generated less than 1 GB of data, while the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter, due to reach Mars next year, is expected to return 5200 GB during its six-year lifespan. The Mars Telecom Orbiter will almost double that after it goes online in 2009.

After my childhood and adult contact experiences, I formed CSETI (Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence) to formalise contact protocols and teach them to other people, which we do through the CSETI week-long trainings. I realised early on, however, that there were human forces that could not be ignored whose aim was to discourage or block peaceful interaction with extraterrestrials. My approach became two-pronged: (1) to teach people how to contact extraterrestrial civilisations in peace, and (2) to bring out the truth about the subject to governments, the military and the general public.
I like to call my book Hidden Truth – Forbidden Knowledge my personal disclosure, as it contains highlights of my spiritual journey, my interaction with extraterrestrial intelligence and with the so-called "secret government". This chapter gives a glimpse into the entity and how its members operate.
In 1993, before I briefed the CIA director, my contact for meetings at high levels had suggested that we name our operation "Project Starlight". So that's what it was called in the early days. The philosophy behind it was to assemble absolutely the best evidence that was available, which had been rigorously tested and proved, and to identify military, corporate and intelligence witnesses to programs and events. Then, with an iron-clad case in hand, we would brief the President, the intelligence and military community, Congress, the United Nations leadership and other leaders around the world, in advance of disclosure.
We knew it was crucial at the very least to give the system a chance. It's very important to understand that our intention was not simply to go in like a bull in a china shop and bring all this very sensitive information out, without first fully apprising the constitutional leaders of the world and inviting their participation. At the time, many people thought I was being silly and naive, that "those people" would never get behind something this controversial. But that's not the point! The point is, from our perspective, that we had a moral responsibility at least to give them an opportunity to do the right thing—and if they didn't do the right thing, then it would be on their consciences and not ours.
I felt strongly that we had the obligation to give these leaders the current assessment of the situation and say to them, "You need to take a leadership role, if this is going to be accomplished by you and not by an outside group [meaning, The Disclosure Project and CSETI]. You have an ideal opportunity that has opened after the end of the Cold War to break the cycle of misinformation, to make a fresh start."
After I met with the CIA director, a contact set up a meeting between Senator Byrd's chief investigator and counsel for the Senate Appropriations Committee and me. Senator Byrd was then chairman of the committee and very powerful. This man was named Dick D'Amato—not to be confused with Senator D'Amato from New Jersey. Dick D'Amato had a Top Secret clearance and had subpoena power from the Senate Appropriations Committee.
We met in the Senate Appropriations Committee meeting room—a huge, ornate room with a giant table and brass nameplates for each member of the committee. He proceeded to tell me: "I've been asked by Senator Byrd and some others to look into these things, and we've gotten close enough to know that these projects do exist. But I'm telling you that with a Top Secret clearance and a subpoena power from the Senate Appropriations Committee, I cannot penetrate those projects." He looked at me—I'll never forget it—and said, "You're dealing with the varsity team of all black projects, so watch out. And good luck." And that was the end of that.
Dick D'Amato and people like him know this is real, but they cannot get their hands around it or control the expenditures.
Access to these projects has nothing to do with rank or position. Access has to do with whether or not you are willing to go along with the secrecy. That is the only criterion that matters: whether you are willing to play along with the agenda.
Inside the shadow government
Those who shouldn't be in control but are comprise an illegal, rogue, break-off group that is transnational and whose members are not only ruthless and murderous but operate completely without any legal authority. He said, "You know, everyone agrees with what you're recommending, but there's a consensus that if the President does what you've suggested to him and to the CIA director—that they exert executive power to get inside this operation and disclose it—the President will end up like Jack Kennedy."
I thought he was joking, and, to be honest with you, I laughed out loud. I truly thought, "Oh, come on." But no, he was deadly serious. And he made it very clear that he was serious.
So it went from crisis to crisis as I came to realise that the government of the United States—and of every other nation—was really hostage to an illegal, rogue group that had technologies that could do circles around a B-2 Stealth bomber and could, at will, terminate a presidency or terminate any other person who got in its way. This was made very clear to me by people who were in the inner circle of the greatest corridors of power on Earth.
Obviously, this weighed on me very heavily. I would say the period between 1992 and 1998...those six years were extremely traumatic for me. I would keep my chin up and publicly keep moving forward, but on a deep personal level it was devastating. I never lost faith in what we should do, but it was made very clear to me that the task was enormous, that the hour was late and that the stakes could not be greater.
You have to understand the compartmented nature of these interlocking interests that are keeping all this secret. They are mainly in the corporate, institutional, financial and technology sectors. The government of "We, the People" is the least important component of it, and this includes the military, the CIA, the NSA, the NRO, Army intelligence, Air Force intelligence—all of that is window dressing for an operation that's quite outside it. The real action is a hybrid group that is quasi-governmental but mostly privatised and utterly transnational—and completely illegal.
Some of the chieftains of that group invited me to meet with them after I had met with the CIA director. In advance of the meeting with the CIA director, my contact to Woolsey was terrified by the idea that anyone would find out about the meeting. He was doing everything through FedEx, and he wanted me to talk with him on the phone at telephone booths, talking in a code! I said, "We don't need to bother doing that, because the group that we're up against has technologies that can frustrate any system you can devise."
Well, he had been on the shortlist to be Clinton's Secretary of the Navy. So he knew the spook world fairly well. But he had been in the conventional military and intelligence world. I knew what we were up against, but he didn't. So he said, "Oh, no, we have to do this. You're just a doctor! I've been in all these circles, and we have to be careful."
So I humoured him. I tried to explain to him that there was no way to frustrate the surveillance capabilities of this covert group, because they had non-local, "scalar" technologies that would enable them to bypass entire generations of electronics. Even the state-of-the-art NSA and NRO stuff is nothing compared to what they have, because what they have are electronic interfaces with consciousness, where they can monitor things in real time all the time. Well, he didn't know this. I knew it and had remote-viewed them remote-viewing me.
So I went along with his game. But before I had the meeting on December 13, 1993, someone who had been tied into these projects in the military in Arizona came to me and said: "I understand you're going to be meeting with Jim Woolsey, the CIA director, about such and such on this date." I said, "I won't confirm or deny that, but isn't it interesting that you would comment on it?"
I reported this to my contact and had to pull him off the ceiling! He went ballistic! "How could this be found out?" I said, "M.J., you haven't been listening." The problem is that most people are too arrogant to know what they don't know.
I should also mention that during my visit to New York in the winter of 1994, while at the Hilton on Sixth Avenue, I got a phone call from a "reporter". And he said: "I'm a freelance reporter for the Wall Street Journal. I understand you had a meeting with Admiral Woolsey regarding UFOs and extraterrestrial intelligence. What can you tell me about that?" I didn't lie; I just asked a rhetorical question: "Do you really think a sitting CIA director would meet with a country doctor from North Carolina about a subject like UFOs and extraterrestrials?" And he said, "Well, no, I guess not." And I said, "Well, there you are." I hung up, and that was the end of that. But this experience revealed to me that the media community is also mobbed up with intelligence people who are monitoring our activities.
It was around this time, in early 1994, that a contract worker for the covert shadow group that had a cell within the CIA called me. He said, "Look, we really want to see you get this done. Hurry up." I said, "What do you mean, 'hurry up'?" He said, "We've been wanting someone to appear who would do this for us; at least a third of the people in this covert control group want to see this matter disclosed, but we can't do it…" I said, "Well, who the hell do you think I am? I'm just a country doctor here in North Carolina. I barely have a pot to pee in!" He said, "Well, no, you don't understand. We can only do things behind the scenes."
Eventually he flew in and met with me at the Grove Park Inn, in Asheville. I'll never forget what he said to me during this conversation: "You know, if you want to get a message to us or to the President, all you need to do is pick up the phone. Don't dial anything—just talk. Or if you prefer, just sit in your home office and talk to the four walls. Because it's all being monitored in real time." And I said, "Yes, I know." And he asked, "Well, how do you know that?"
I proceeded to tell him how they had made errors and left their end of the hook or tap open a couple of times. It's happened to my wife Emily, and it's happened to me. Once when I picked up the home phone to make a call, I heard a control room on the line. I could hear people talking instead of a dial tone. So I asked, "Who is this?" Then a woman with a very thick foreign accent but speaking proper English said, "Oh, my God, it's Mr Greer." And I said, "Doctor Greer to you, bitch." And hung up!
In those days, I was outraged by these things. Now, I couldn't care less.
So I told this man, "Yes, I'm sure that's true." He said, "But, you know, this really does need to happen." I said, "But why don't you do it?" And he said, "Oh, no, it's too dangerous." He said exactly what Laurance Rockefeller had said to me in September, standing out on his deck under the stars.
Competing interests in the cabal
By now you see a theme that keeps repeating: there are extremely well-connected people who are on the inside and who want to see disclosure, but they're terrified of the rogue, violent group.
After this meeting, I got an invitation from a group of rogue insiders to go to Phoenix in the winter of 1994. The meeting was at the Wrigley Mansion—the old, fabulous mansion that the Wrigley chewing gum family had built. It had been taken over by a cell within this covert group. Present were a number of shadowy corporate people. It was a very late night meeting.
A prominent industrialist who was involved with this cell was kept on drugs and was kept under some kind of mind control while this cell milked him of his money. They then used his money to support this particular operation. The methods and motives of this group are beyond dark. I tell people: "More than 10 or 15 per cent of what I have seen and learned, you don't want to hear. It's so damned disturbing, most people would commit suicide. And many people have, by the way."
We all gathered around a conference table in the Wrigley mansion. The discussion was about disclosing UFO information and making contact with ETs. One man, during a break, took me out onto a balcony and said: "You know, we understand you've had this meeting with the CIA director and are providing information to the President, but you need to know that those people don't know anything, and they're never going to know anything. You should understand that, well, you should be talking to people like us. The people dealing with this are people who do a lot of contract work for the government, under 'Work For Others'—'WFO'—contracts. And you should be talking to certain think-tanks. And you should be talking to certain religious orders and certain orders of Jesuit priests who have control over the technology transfer. And you should be talking to..." He gave me a whole list.
Well, I thought the man had certainly gone "round the bend". But it turned out that every single word he said was true: all of it was confirmed in the following months.
It gets more bizarre. This group or cell within the shadow government was attempting to intercept what we were doing. Remember, now, this is 1994. A former head of army intelligence—a member of that group—had offered me a board seat in 1992. So, things are progressing, and I'm not straying from my course because that's how I am.
So this man said, "We can really help you." I asked, "What do you mean?" He said, "Well, you know, if you want to be supported in this, just let us help you." I said, "How do you intend to help us?" "Well, you're a doctor, right? So, you have really good credit. We've checked this out." And I said, "Oh, yes, the best." He said, "Well, we know you have platinum cards and gold cards. Just maximise all of them, every month: $50,000, $100,000, whatever. Get as many of them as you want. And give us the numbers. And since we run all the supercomputers that back up and monitor the banking system of the world, we'll simply erase those account balances to zero, as paid each month."
This is a true story. I'm telling you, every word is true. Put me under any drug; hook me up to any machine. What I'm telling you is true.
I said, "Yes, but then if I did that, you'd own my ass, wouldn't you?" He just had a twinkle in his eye.
I was much too wise to take that bait, tempting as it was. This has been an enormous financial strain and struggle for those of us trying to do this with virtually no funding. But no way was I going to do that!
Then he said, "I understand you're going to Europe soon to meet with certain people connected to the British royal family"—which I was. He knew everything I was doing! And I said, "Well, that's true." He said, "It so happens that I'm going to be over there meeting with the Rothschilds and the people who control the Volvo Corporation and some of the other big industrial concerns, because they're working with us." I said, "Oh, I'm quite sure that's true." He suggested, "Let's rendezvous while we're in London together." I said, "Okay, that's fine."
He proceeded to tell me: "One of my friends, who's really interested in what you're doing, is one of the leaders of the Council on Foreign Relations, Ambassador Maxwell Rabb. Would you like to come to a meeting with him?" I said, "Well, sure, if he wants to help us." And then he said, "And also, the Petersons—Mr Peterson was head of the Council on Foreign Relations and his wife was head of the Trilateral Commission—are also working with me, and maybe we can get together with them." So I said, "When we have our next event, I'll invite them." He said, "You need to know that all these people are reading what you write and are very interested in all of this." And I said, "I know that."
Look, everyone puts their pants on one leg at a time. I view all humans as educable. And everyone has a role to play in this whole cosmic drama. But this shadowy contact was essentially, again, inviting me into the inner leading circle of the cabal. While I had no intention of being controlled by them, I have no problem sharing perspective and knowledge with them.
He also said that there were many top people that he worked with in the media and that his group worked with Bono and U2, the Moody Blues, Pink Floyd and various other groups. And they were receiving what I was writing. And I just said, "Well, I appreciate that." He said, "They love what you are saying and doing…"
Later that winter, I went to Europe and met with some very good friends of Prince Charles and Prince Philip. One of Prince Charles's best friends is very supportive of the work we are doing. She wanted to receive some of the materials that I had put together for the CIA director and the President, so she could share them with Prince Charles and others.
But remember, I was squeezing this in between my emergency shifts. I literally, at times, went over to Europe for two or three days at a time and would come back and have to work a 24-hour shift in the emergency department!
In a sense, it was our own little shuttle diplomacy operation. I did meet with this shadowy Phoenix contact in London. He was still in the mode of courting me into his operations. So I would listen and learn—but never capitulate. This group is the largest Mafiosi and organised criminal enterprise on the planet. ∞

I, personally, was thinking- it's about bloody time they told everyone else.
Given the place science fiction has had in the lives of millions of people in the last forty years, revealing there have been signs of life on Mars shouldn't be such a big surprise anymore.
21st Century humans should be a lot more acclimated to the idea than at any time in our present "history". I say let it all out. It's time for a shift in perspective and a lot of current crap starts to look as petty as it really is. Reagan said as much himself.
If we're talking about some huge astronomical event that is approaching Earth from the southern hemisphere then all the more reason to have out with everything and start getting serious about growing up as humans and first survive and then thrive. When the United States was faced with World War II, people generally pulled together and from an industrial standpoint achieved a lot really fast. It helped of course that they weren't ducking bombs, but the core idea is that humans when we have to, can get our act together fast and achieve amazing things.
A long time ago, the idea was bandied about that there was the NASA we saw and then the real one. If all of the signs are true, the real NASA won't be hidden for long. I've seen a couple of UFOs that my gut told me couldn't be extraterrestial but it clearly had capabilities beyond anything I was privy to. Instead of wasting our money on stupid wars, we need to start building starships and give Bob the keys to the first one.

I heard from my father about the cruise missile testing in Canada many many years (20) before common public reference to them. I just posted a short article to my blog that could be a tribute to either being a great boss or being great at getting the job done. Anyway, for being 19 degrees outside, it sure was fun to watch and put me in the Christmas spirit. I hope it does some of you also.
I think I mentioned here that I was concerned that TPTB would like to control every square inch of the planet to which DJB responded by saying that "they" don't control the insects la di da etc.etc.
I am guessing that I wasn't very convincing but then, there are trolls, disinfo maniacs abound and we really need to think it through. My point of view is developed by "on the ground" and in the field rules and regs. which I study as I don't break laws. I am still convinced that the planet is being taken away from us. That includes the insects, the trees, the air, water, life and and soul of every square inch of planet Earth.
I think we have been sold out and it is only a matter of a very short time when this will become obvious to absolutely no one. I you didn't get it yet, you aren't going to get it at all. My daily flight out the door to take pix of chemtrails gives it away. The reality of this activity to me, is proof positive that the public has been "turned". There is no way for us now. Even the websites that discuss chemtrails do so at the behest of TPTB. The orgone generator crowd is out there to disinform. Cloudbusters or chembusters are just a big t-shirt that says I'm with stupid or "kick me" stuck on your back.

As i was sitteing here reading we had another one of those odd "booms" happen.
It was like a rolling of noise. I first thought it was the wind- not terribly loud at all, but SHOOK the house and all the windows from north to south in a wave type action like it was the end of the world!
Scared me to death.
I can tell you with out a doubt this was no sonic boom fom Mobile!

I have a comment: Discarding hard copy magazines is putting me in a foul mood. I guess when our electronic civilisation collapses, we'll have to go to the land fills to dig out lost knowledge. My stupid library is putting too many eggs in the electronic basket.
Try using Infotrac or one of the Ebsco Web databases and see how much FSHOD type material you will find in "online" periodicals. Didn't find much, did you? And what little you did find mocked viewpoints like ours as per TPTB party line.
Better yet, see if what you find online actually matches the original hard copy. A few years ago, some articles in Time that was critical of GW Bush disappeared from the online versions. When I get a chance, I'll dig up links for that. It was controversial in library circles for awhile and then the man in the black suit flashed a light and everyone forgot about it.

Powerful Magnetic Storm Approaches the Earth
The largest electromagnetic energy emission in the last 30 years has been recorded on the Sun, the Shernberg State Astronomy Institute said on Thursday. This energy outburst may damage equipment of space satellites, the scientists say. Doctors warn that the emission is dangerous for those afflicted with cardiovascular illnesses as well as for healthy people.
Scientists at the Shernberg Astronomy Institute of the Moscow State University have reported record-high emissions of electromagnetic energy on the Sun, the biggest since the 1970s. Over the past few days, the volume of sun radiation, or X9, has exceeded the normal level 1,000-fold. The scientists call this phenomenon an anomaly and say that the Sun is now in a stage when sunspots, sources of high electromagnetic radiation, are unusual. “Outbursts on the Sun like this have been extremely infrequent over the past 30 years,” said Igor Nikulin of the Shernberg Institute. “What is more, we have never had a chance to observe such emissions with the sun at its minimal activity.”
Scientists say that the first indications of increased solar activity were recorded on Monday when four sunspots appeared on the eastern part of the visible side of the solar disk. First, the scientists observed flashes on the Sun which were classified as moderate. However, the flashes were followed on Tuesday by massive outbursts of electromagnetic energy. “Such a large cloud of hot plasma has been released into space that even electronic equipment on space satellites may be damaged,” Vladimir Matveev at the Moscow Aviation Institute says.
The Sun’s electromagnetic anomaly has not reached the Earth yet. However, the Earth is expected to reach the sunspots quite soon. The encounter may happen this weekend, scientists at the Shternberg Astronomy Institute report. Igor Nikulin says: “If the area of the sunspots does not diminish in three or four days and the emissions continue, it may have a serious influence on the magnetic field of the Earth.” A cloud of hot plasma from the sunspots will make the Earth’s magnetic field vibrate and will cause a powerful magnetic storm.”
Doctors recommend their patients to keep to a special regime during the magnetic storm. People with cardiovascular illness are believed to be at a particular risk. However, quite healthy people should be on their guard as well. “One should not go overboard with drinking, going to the sauna or doing extra work,” Vladimir Ryabinin, chief physician at the Sklifosovskiy Ambulance Institute, advises. Other doctors suggest that people pay close attention to their health conditions during the days of the magnetic storm and go to consult their doctors in case of any problem.

NASA ACCUSED OF FALSIFYING CRUCIAL OZONE DATA
No, they aren’t, Finley claimed. According to this Canadian scientist, who crunched the numbers by hand instead of relying on skewed computer models, NASA’s “Exhaust Effects Panel” identified potential dangers from chlorinated rocket fuels eight years before first shuttle launch.”
Finley further noted that Robert Hudson “was head shuttle exhaust effects panel 1973 when shuttle designed. Became chairman of the International Ozone Commission 1996 –a post to which he has just returned.”
On Hudson’s watch, Finley charged that the number relating to the ozone-eating emissions of each shuttle launch “was reduced by a factor of a hundred.”
NASA’s “don’t worry, be happy” data regarding the atmospheric effects of its rocket exhausts were not consistent with previously published and peer-reviewed numbers.
In 1998, reaction studies by the TRW space corp. verified a one-part-in-50 reaction rate of aluminum oxide emitted by shuttle exhausts.
But the number was changed in NASA’s own 1998 Ozone Assessment to one part in a thousand.
“In fact, their studies were off by orders of magnitude,” he says. “And no one could say they weren’t,” Finley said. “What the bloody hell’s going on here? NASA’s name is on the cover. And the numbers are 100-times better than their supposed to be. This is our atmosphere we’re talking about.”
“They know this,” Finley alleged. The people behind chemtrails know that the atmosphere is changing. And this “is relevant to the tankers more than anything else.”
CFC CONCENTRATIONS STILL RISING
Finley was sure of his own numbers. A self-described “player” in atmospheric physics, he was the one who told the Nobel winner that his numbers are wrong.
But a sneak preview of the not-yet-released Scientific Assessment of Ozone Depletion for 2006 emphasizes, “stratospheric chlorine loading has stabilized.” [U of Miami 2006]
What this means, explains Robert Parson, an Associate Professor and physical chemist studying gas-phase processes in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Colorado, is that although the rate of increase has diminished, CFC concentrations are still increasing.
And because the atmospheric lifetime of a typical CFC molecule is 50 to 100 years, accumulated CFCs in the atmosphere will continue to contribute close to 300,000 tons of inorganic chlorine annually well into the next century.
If we get there.
Finley was not optimistic. From his own experience trying to stop the destruction of Earth as a habitable planet, this scientists concedes that trying to stop space shuttle launches until the engines can be exchanged for non-ozone-destroying Russian and Chinese models or similar technology is a mission even more quixotic than trying to rein in the Bush gang, and the banks that back them.
As for NASA—
“They knew damn well about this fuel all the way along,” Finley accused. “Now, people who lied for NASA are running the show.
“Billions of dollars are involved with this,” he added. Ozone-destroying, climate-change accelerating, ocean-killing solid-fuel rockets are “America’s road to space.”
CHECKING IN
On June 28, 1974 two chemists at the University of California—Sherry Rowland and Mario Molina—published the first scientific paper warning that human-generated chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) could cause serious harm to Earth's protective ozone layer. [www.wunderground.com]
Finley told this reporter that he brought up his concerns with Rolland—“top man in the atmosphere in the world.”
He also discussed his calculations with Harold Shiff, Dean of York University’s Atmospheric Studies—“One of best in world,” Finley says. “We talked many times.”
In 2004, Finley showed his figures to Kenneth Hare, of the American Association Advancement Science. The Dean of Science at the University of Victoria also backed him up.
Finley has also spoken with Paul Crutzen, one of the first scientists to sound the alarm over ozone depletion, who is still active in the field.
Finley even showed Hudson his findings of “a chlorine exhaust peak at 43 kilometers.”
Chewing on the inside of his cheek, squinting hard at Finley, the former head of NASA’s shuttle exhaust effects panel and chairman of the International Ozone Commission allegedly replied, “What do you want? Money?”
It might have been a joke.
But Finley felt a chill run up his spine.
CANADIAN COURT CAN’T HELP
Finley feared that rocket launches are causing irreversible damage to the atmosphere. “The atmosphere is extremely unstable,” he said. Each shuttle launch is “like heading the Titanic right at the iceberg.”
Ironically, he added, everybody is “busy flying satellites” to check the atmosphere, “and nobody’s doing the math, and frankly I find it very disturbing.”
On July 1, 2005, Finley petitioned the British Columbia Supreme Court to stop the shuttle launch scheduled for July 2006, by demonstrating that cascading atmospheric effects would endanger British Columbians. Though reportedly convinced by Finley’s argument, the Justice reasonably ruled that he “did not have jurisdiction” to slap a padlock on an American launch pad.
IN COLUMBIA’S WAKE
Too bad. Because the space shuttle Columbia’s launch on January 16, 2003 generated a water-vapor plume about 3 kilometres wide and 1000 kilometres long.
Within four days, this vast high-altitude cloud migrated south from Cape Canaveral over ozone-challenged Antarctica, forming massive polar mesospheric clouds some 85 km above the Earth. Geophysicists found that this single shuttle launch accounted for as much as 20% of the total mass of CFC-trapping ice in these super-high clouds over Antarctica. [Geophysical Research Letters Oct 29/05; New Scientist.com July 8/05]
One of the most striking aspects of updated droughts, melting icecaps and other manifestations of Climate Shift is that scientists are continuously expressing their astonishment at the speed of atmospheric and oceanic breakdowns.
Neil Finley suspected that the high ice clouds continuously formed by jetliner exhausts, rocket launches and chemtrails account for this unexpected acceleration of already fast-melting Arctic sea ice and Greenland’s icecaps and other atmospheric changes not accounted for in current predictive models.
The good news, he said, is that by acting now, “We can buy some time.”
If we can find the political will to defy the powerful oil, airline and space lobbies and switch to fewer liquid-fueled rocket launches, ground all stratospheric jetliners, and stop the chemtrail spraying, we can drastically slow Climate Shift’s rocket-like acceleration.
It’s time to design a new and safer space shuttle, anyway. And there are legal grounds to ground all further flights.
As Neil Finley insisted, “The problem is that a huge gigantic engineering project has been built on bad science. They don’t have the right the break the laws to do it, by changing numbers to show the shuttle is safe. If the numbers are wrong in the International Ozone Assessment, they need to be right before it goes. We need to take a look at this before it launches. Certification to fly is wrong.”

Was able to see the Discovery launch from my house the other night (downrange, folks...not off the pad, ya dig?). Was cool. Folks in the neighborhood were cheering it on....couple of gung-ho types were going at it real hard...you'd a thought the launch could finally capture bin Laden or something equally wild, was waitin' for the "U-S-A, U-S-A" Olympic-style cheer. Nothing like a Shuttle Launch and booze!!! I was looking and thinking of "Smokin'", by Boston! "Gonna feel ok, lift you up and take you awaaaaay"..............
Of course, I was silently waiting...for either their safe ascent into the realm of space, or the fiery end-o-da-world. 'Course, it was much more anti-climactic than that...Once they were out of sight I went and checked on my newly-hung Xmas lights, of various colors, in contrast with the majority of the 'hood who hang 'clear' lights. Was reading a book the other day and thought of you, only cuz the book has a great deal of Bhuddist thoght in it. A character in the book was making an observation that the history of mankind is a continual story of the ebb and flow of wealth and power form one emerging civilization or race to another...that at any given time, a minority of people on earth have enjoyed wealth and power..really lived and explored life, whilst the majority of people never been able to do that, being involved in slaving away to provide that wealth and power, be it working or making war.
And since this ebb and flow of wealth and power has been constant since man' existense, mankind has never really had the capacity to fully explore the limits of what mankind can truly be, what joy can be derived, what achievements realized, for we are too caugh up in striving for wealth and making war.

X-FLARE: Sunspot 930 has just unleashed another big solar flare, an X3-class explosion at 0240 UT on Dec. 13th (9:40 pm EST on Dec. 12th).
As a result of the blast, a radiation storm is underway. Based on the energy and number of solar protons streaming past Earth, NOAA ranks the storm as category S2: satellites may experience single-event upsets ("glitches") and passengers in high-flying aircraft at high latitudes may be exposed to elevated radiation risk.
The explosion probably hurled a coronal mass ejection toward Earth. (Confirmation from SOHO is still pending.) Sky watchers should be alert for auroras when it arrives on Dec. 14th or 15th.
I can promise you things are fixin to get reeeeel jiggy up at the space station if these get any more intense.

Weather watches and warnings are widespread in the West today, primarily from the Pacific Northwest eastward to the high plains of Montana and Wyoming, as a powerful ocean storm churns through the Queen Charlotte Islands into British Columbia.
There'll be a brief respite in the turbulent weather later today and tonight, but another storm will barrel in from the Pacific tomorrow. And since this next storm will slam into the coast farther south, even higher winds loom for Washington and Oregon.
Gusts to a 100 mph or more are expected to rake coastal Oregon and the adjacent coastal mountains late tomorrow or tomorrow night. Damaging winds producing power outages cannot be ruled out in inland locations, either. Both the Willamette Valley and Puget Sound could see gusts approaching 70 mph.
Seas will be massive with surf along the southwest Washington and Oregon coasts building to the 28- to 35-foot range, probably higher just offshore.
Rain and snowfall will be heavy. Snow levels will rise rapidly ahead of the storm tomorrow, likely reaching 6000 feet or more in the Oregon Cascades, but they'll plunge precipitously behind the storm. By Friday morning, snow levels are forecast to be down to around 2000 feet in the Washington and northern Oregon Cascades.

A violent solar explosion sent a dangerous wave of radiation through space late Tuesday, prompting NASA to order the crews of Discovery and the International Space Station to take shelter overnight, according to Local 6 News partner Florida Today.
The solar flare erupted around 9:40 p.m., unleashing enough radiation to disrupt radio communications on Earth and in orbit while endangering astronauts circling 220 miles above the planet.
NASA flight surgeons and agency radiation experts determined that the burst of highly energetic particles approached a limit that made preventative action prudent, Florida Today reported.
Station commander Michael Lopez-Alegria and shuttle skipper Mark Polansky were told to move their crews to the most shielded areas in either spacecraft.
They include the middeck of the shuttle's crew compartment and temporary sleeping quarters in the station's U.S. Destiny science laboratory.
The back ends of the American lab and a Russian command control center at the outpost also were options, the report said.

NOAA sunspot Region 930 produced a category R3 (Strong) radio blackout with an associated S2 (Moderate) solar radiation storm at 0240 UTC, 13 December (9:40 P.M. EST, 12 December). The SOHO/LASCO instrument also observed a powerful and fast Earth directed coronal mass ejection with this activity. As a result of this activity, a significant geomagnetic storm is expected to impact the Earth approximately 1800 UTC, 14 December (1:00 P.M. EST). NOAA sunspot Region 930 yielded a strong R3 radio blackout and a strong S3 solar radiation storm on 05 December. This region has been unproductive over the past five days. The active region is now a large sunspot cluster which is still rotating across the visible disk.
Because of the current position of Region 930, further activity has greater potential to promptly impact Earth.
Agencies impacted by space weather storms should continue to closely monitor space weather conditions during the next five days.

The structures on Mars are tantalizing in their intricacies. Reminds me of a rock structure I examined in N. Ontario that purported to be steam filled vesicules through rock that eventually solidified into ridges with hot springs sediments forming in the channels. The scale on Mars would suggest that there is something gravitating to surface under enormous pressure and long duration. Cracks in the cosmic egg?

I have been immersing myself in some math refresher courses b/c I am going back to school in January. I am being forced to take college math which is going to be pretty funny since I am not even functionally illeterate in anything but adding subtracting etc....

Study: Samples of Comet Dust Show a Mix

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Detailed observations from the first comet samples returned to Earth are debunking some of science's long-held beliefs on how the icy, celestial bodies form.
Scientists expected the minute grains retrieved from a comet Wild 2 to be made up mostly of interstellar dust - tiny particles that flow through the solar system thought to be from ancient stars that exploded and died.
Instead, they found an unusual mix of primordial material as if the solar system had turned itself inside out. Hot particles from the inner solar system migrated out to the cold, outer fringes beyond Pluto where they intermingled and congealed to form a comet.
"People imagine that comets form in total isolation, which is definitely not true," said Don Brownlee, a University of Washington astronomer who is the principal scientist for the $212 million Stardust mission.
Brownlee estimated that up to 10 percent of materials in comets may come from the inner solar system.
A series of papers detailing the first scientific results from the Stardust mission were to be published Friday in the journal Science and presented at an American Geophysical Union meeting Thursday.
A capsule carrying thousands of minuscule samples from comet Wild 2 returned to Earth last January after looping around the sun to capture the interstellar and comet debris and swooping past Wild 2 to scoop up dust.
Scientists had dubbed Wild 2 a frozen time capsule because it contained material preserved from the aftermath of the solar system's birth more than 4.5 billion years ago.
How material from the inner solar system could have ended up in comets is still a mystery. Brownlee said the solar system-forming process was probably chaotic and unstable, allowing high-temperature particles to loft billions of miles out to the edge of the solar system.
Many of the grains contained high-temperature minerals that likely formed in the hottest part of the solar nebula. At least one grain was made of a rare mineral seen in some meteorites, which are among the oldest samples in the solar system.
An analysis also found Wild 2 appeared to differ from comet Tempel 1, which was studied in NASA's Deep Impact mission. Last July, the space agency crashed a probe into Tempel 1 and studied the dust and ice spewing from its belly. It did not retrieve any samples from the surface.
In an accompanying editorial, Michael A'Hearn of the University of Maryland, who is also the Deep Impact chief scientist, said the Stardust results have gotten scientists thinking about their original views.
"Stardust has certainly brought us plenty of food for thought," A'Hearn wrote.

Anyone notice that the TV news is telling about the wind storm out west, mentions nothing about the solar storm and the X3 flare with CME that blew directly at earth? Kind of skipping the 'cause' and 'effect' part of the real story.

Here is a thought: Remember the video of the huge solar flare that licked out at comet NEAT when it passsed by the Sun a year or two ago?
Well, considering the weather has an intensification expressed as a direct result of the solar storm, then perhaps on should also consider that we were also in the midst of the Perseid Meteor shower at exactly the same time (Dec14th i think?) as well.
The funny thing is that they infact are often referenced scientifically not as a 'shower' but as a 'meteor STORM".
They sacred Sun seems to get very 'aroused' when asteroids(meteors) pass by closely. Now if we move beyond the effects that might be stimulated by the Perseids which are fairly small, and consider something like SWORD had suggested was coming through being a 'Storm' of larger debris, then just the objects themselves is not so much the only problem as the potential for a similar yet bigger CME directed our way in response to its passing. Seems like our ionosphere takes the brunt of the hit too, which brings me to consider the value of HAARP in this respect. Quite clever actually, kind of like boosting your car battery with jumper cables to re-enforce the other. A sheild magnifier of sorts.

Hey priestly one, here is interesting thing OT with your fine Blog of 33ness.
Bruce Cathie wrote a book in 1968 called Harmonic 33.
Now I don't think it is in print anymore, but I did find a more recent book from him that seems to expand on his earlier material from Harmonic 33.

I'm gonna wager a divine amount of herb (~333lbs) that, when they find the "graviton", it's element number will be; 33.333333 recurring... ya 33 at the core of everyting - Litterally :)

Great Blog, the NT is full of 3's in various forms; 12 30 33 etc. Another thing that intrigues me is 7 in the OT. Many of the numbers used either add up to 7 or 70, or are 7 or 70. Example: 70 years for the exile to Babylon etc. People living to age 70.
Lots of 3's as well Moses lived to 120. 12 tribes of Israel. They are all through the Bible.
Been slammed on the work front, and have been in lurker mode. Lots of interesting posts. Still catching up my reading.

Thanks ericswan for that link. Hadn't heard really any of that. Seems the alignment is more exact than the Orion choice. Although there is other mythical material that probably helped favour the Orion emphasis, I must say the overlay of Cygnus is 'to the point'.
